QUALITY CONTROL OF LOADER CRANES

Design Phase Of Truck Mounted Crane
Advanced Modeling and Simulation
We utilize advanced 3D parametric modeling with software like Creo to simulate extreme operating conditions (e.g., emergency braking, dynamic loads). This allows us to identify and address potential structural weaknesses early in the design process.
System-Level Reliability Engineering
We employ Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively assess and mitigate potential failure risks, such as boom fractures or hydraulic leaks. Our designs ensure a safety factor of ≥1.5 (static) and ≥1.25 (dynamic) under maximum load conditions.
Standards Compliance
Our lorry mounted cranes are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with relevant international standards.
Material and Component Selection

Structural Member
Hinge Pin
Same supplier as XCMG
Premium Hydraulic Components
Key structural components are fabricated from high-strength steel plates with a yield strength of ≥690 MPa (and up to 960 MPa for larger cranes), ensuring superior load-bearing capacity and durability.
Critical pivot points utilize 40Cr or 42CrMo quenched and tempered steel for enhanced strength, load capacity, and extended service life.
For top performance, our cranes use hydraulic pumps & valves etc. from the same leading suppliers as XCMG. This ensures quality & durability on par with XCMG.
We use Parker-standard high-pressure hoses and 24° cone fittings to ensure reliable and leak-free hydraulic system performance.
Manufacturing Process Control

Precision Laser Cutting
Precision Welding
Surface Treatment
We utilize laser cutting for sheet metal fabrication to achieve precise dimensions and clean edges. This facilitates proper fit-up, enhances welding and painting quality, and reduces the need for adjustments.
We employ MAG welding (Metal Active Gas welding) for all structural welds, followed by 100% weld inspection to ensure structural integrity.
Post-weld shot blasting removes rust and scale, eliminates welding stresses, and enhances paint adhesion for superior corrosion protection.
