Furthermore, our company is certified for both ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), demonstrating our commitment to quality and environmental stewardship in our operations.
How do you ensure product quality and durability?
We ensure product quality and durability through a comprehensive quality control system applied throughout the entire manufacturing process. This includes:
Material Selection: Utilizing high-strength steel (e.g., HG60, BS900, 40Cr, 42CrMo) for critical structural components and shafts.
Component Sourcing: Partnering with reputable domestic and international suppliers for key parts like hydraulic cylinders (using high-quality seals ), valves, pumps, and high-pressure piping (e.g., Parker standard) , sometimes using the same suppliers as major industry leaders.
Advanced Manufacturing: Employing processes like specialized welding techniques and shot blasting/sand blasting surface treatment to enhance structural integrity, reduce stress, and improve paint adhesion.
Rigorous Testing: Conducting thorough testing on each unit, including static (e.g., 125% overload) and dynamic (e.g., 110% overload) load tests, alongside functional checks before shipment. For new designs, extensive destructive testing may be performed.
Certified Processes: Adhering to internationally recognized standards, evidenced by our ISO 9001 quality management system and CE certifications .
Are there specific truck chassis requirements or recommendations for mounting your cranes?
Yes, selecting an appropriate truck chassis is crucial for safe and efficient crane operation. While we offer general guidelines matching crane tonnage to typical chassis configurations (e.g., axle count, engine power), the optimal fit depends on specific chassis characteristics. Key considerations include:
Chassis Load Capacity & Stability: The chassis must possess adequate Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) rating and structural integrity to support the crane's weight and lifting forces. Wheelbase and axle configuration significantly impact stability.
Power Take-Off (PTO) Compatibility: The truck's transmission requires a suitable PTO port to drive the crane's hydraulic pump. We need to confirm PTO specifications (e.g., rotation, connection type) to ensure compatibility with the required hydraulic pump (gear or plunger type, depending on the crane). If a suitable PTO is unavailable, alternative power solutions like independent diesel/petrol engine pump stations or electric motor pump stations can be discussed.
Mounting Space: Sufficient clear space on the chassis frame behind the cab is necessary for installing the crane base and outriggers.
To provide the best recommendation, please share your truck chassis details (e.g., make, model, GVW, wheelbase, axle configuration, pictures, and PTO availability/specifications). Our engineering team will then assess its suitability and advise on the most appropriate crane model or suggest necessary adaptations.
Customization
Can you customize cranes or lifting solutions based on specific requirements or applications?
Absolutely. Beyond our standard product lines, we possess the engineering capability to develop customized crane solutions tailored to unique operational needs and specific application environments. We frequently work with clients to adapt or design cranes for specialized purposes, such as:
Marine applications (e.g., ship or dock-mounted cranes with specific coatings and components).
Rail-mounted crane systems.
Fixed pedestal or platform installations.
Cranes modified for operation in confined spaces or requiring specific dimensions.
Units integrated with alternative power sources (electric, diesel/petrol engines).
Solutions for other specialized industries like firefighting or forestry cranes.
We encourage you to discuss your specific requirements with us so we can evaluate the technical feasibility and propose a suitable customized lifting solution
How does customization affect the product price and delivery time?
Customizing our products impacts both cost and lead time compared to standard models:
Price: Customization generally increases the price. This reflects the additional design, engineering, potential use of non-standard components, and specialized manufacturing processes involved. We will provide a specific price quote after reviewing your technical requirements.
Delivery Time: Expect a longer delivery timeframe for custom orders. Factors include the time needed for custom design finalization, sourcing specific components (like custom cylinders which can take ~20 days alone), and unique manufacturing or testing procedures. Standard products often have a lead time of around 30-40 days, but the exact lead time for customized items varies significantly based on complexity and requires specific assessment. We will provide an estimated delivery schedule upon evaluating your request.
What is the process for requesting and developing a customized product?
The process for requesting and developing a customized product generally follows these steps:
Initial Inquiry & Requirements Definition: Contact us with your specific needs. We will gather detailed information about the intended application, required performance specifications, potential order quantity, project timeline, and budget expectations. Clearly defining the requirements is crucial.
Feasibility Assessment: Our team, potentially involving technical leads or management depending on complexity, will conduct an initial assessment. We evaluate the technical feasibility of your request and the degree of deviation from our standard products. We will determine if we have the capability to meet the requirements.
Solution Proposal & Design: If deemed feasible, our technical department will develop a proposed solution, which may include design drawings (typically CAD). For complex requests, a formal project initiation may be required.
Quotation: Based on the design complexity, development effort, and materials, we will provide a detailed quotation. Note that customized products often incur higher costs due to development fees and smaller production runs. We will clarify any specific development charges.
Customer Review & Confirmation: You will review the proposed solution and quotation. We can discuss any necessary adjustments or clarifications at this stage.
Order Placement & Production: Upon agreement and confirmation, the order for the customized product can be placed, and production will be scheduled.
